Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
Eligibility for Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase (or 30 days for defects). Items must be unused, in original state, with all original packaging and tags attached. You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Credit Card/Wallet) within 5–14 business days. Cash refunds are not available for online prepaid orders.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made products (such as prescription lenses tailored to your measurements) and personal care items cannot be returned unless verified as defective.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team.
How to Request a Return

Provide your order number and photo evidence if damaged.
We will arrange a pickup or provide shipping instructions.
Refund is initiated after inspection.
